You Need A Permit If:

a. Change foot print of building involve multiple trades (i.e. - heating, electrical, plumbing)

  • install furnace

  • install fence

  • install sidewalk

  • install electrical service

  • roof -- needed for primary building not garage

  • curb cut

What Needs To Be Inspected?

a. footings

b. sewer/water connections

c. rough ins

  • framing

  • plumbing

d. building final inspection

How Do I Get A Permit/Schedule An Inspection?

Call City Hall at 659-3811 and set up an appointment. Inspections need 24 hours notice.
