DDID Downtown Improvement Program Grant Application

Below are the application for the DDID Downtown Improvement Grant, a document providing an explanation of the grant program, and a number of informative advisory sheets from Main Street Iowa pertaining to exterior building design.  All commercial properties in the DeWitt SSMID are eligible to apply.  The grant is primarily for funding visible exterior improvements of downtown commercial buildings.  One-to-one matching grants of up to $5,000 are available.   Applications for 2025-26 are available and due by July 31, 2025.
