A fee of $100.00 is required for the City to process your form and set a public hearing for your variance or special use request.  You can pay by mail, in-person, or online (click here - select "zoning fee" fee from drop down menu).  Once payment is made you will be contacted by the City Administrator regarding the time and date of the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) public hearing where your request will be reviewed.  Typically, the ZBA meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month, but it does vary.  To meet notice requirements the City needs a completed form and payment by the end of the month prior to the month of the hearing (to be on the July Agenda the City needs the request and payment by June 30).
